German-Polish Consultation
The staff of the Pomerania Municipal Association is here to assist you. We offer support in finding relevant authorities, provide information about our neighboring country, and arrange language courses. Additionally, we help resolve cross-border issues. Contact us for comprehensive advice on German-Polish matters.
Since 2009, the Contact and Advisory Office of the Euroregion Pomerania has successfully supported and advised Polish and German citizens in their integration into the respective neighboring country. The Contact and Advisory Office on the German side is located in Löcknitz. To make it more convenient for you to ask questions about life on both sides of the border during a visit to Pasewalk, you now have the opportunity to take advantage of the consultation services provided by the staff of the Contact and Advisory Office at the Welcome Center in Pasewalk.
The service portfolio includes:
- Establishing contact with the relevant authorities in Poland and Germany
- Obtaining information about the social and legal aspects of the host country in the respective language
- Filling out forms
- Translation of received documents, if necessary
- Cooperation with the responsible authorities and institutions to clarify individual issues due to communication problems
- Mediation of contacts for finding housing, language courses, service providers, schools, leisure activities, and much more
- Supporting authorities in clarifying cross-border issues by facilitating contact with relevant people
